Counseling
Our mental health can get in the way of us being who we were called to be, and doing “the good work”. Counseling is designed to help you conquer the obstacles in the way of you achieving your highest potential.
That may look like:
navigating stress, managing anxiety and depression, processing trauma, understanding yourself, navigating abusive relationships, setting boundaries, exploring coping patterns, understanding your unmet needs, building confidence after self-doubt, and even discussing how your current faith system helps or harms you.
When we are struggling, sometimes we need an extra pair of eyes to help us see and reach the other side, and we can do that by applying the following therapy modalities:
Person-Centered Therapy (self-exploration, identifying values and needs)
Gestalt Therapy
Mindfulness
Faith Integration
EFT (emotion focused therapy)
Attachment Style Exploration
Guided Meditation
Safety Planning
CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy)
DBT skills (dialectical behavioral therapy skills)
We can help with:
women’s issues, women’s mental health, anxiety, vocational guidance, anxiety, OCD and scrupulosity, career counseling, navigating abusive relationships, trauma, eating disorders, teenage suicide prevention and safety training, personality disorders, parenting help
We work with clients all ages in the state of South Carolina, over telehealth. Services are available in English and Spanish.
