Services

Individual Psychotherapy
My approach to individual psychotherapy involves a full intake (including assessments) where you will share your personal and relevant history, symptoms, and goals for counseling. It is so important for me to know you and your personal values to be able to truly help you. From there, we will meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly, pending your needs and schedule.
Every client is different, and our sessions may look like "live" processing and deep emotional moments, or they may be a review of what happened over the week and how your homework assignment went. I ask every client to tell me what their needs are and how they function best! Together, we will practice skills, you will be given tools and coping materials, and - you will definitely learn a lot about yourself!

Sessions (50 minutes) are $125.

Couples Therapy
If you and your partner are struggling with your marriage, you are in the right place. The idea of couples therapy is that my client is your marriage, so I will work diligently to promote the health of your marriage!

In this setting, you should not feel "at fault" or like a "target" - rather, both of you should feel invited to take accountability and action, together.
Thank you for trusting me with your marriage.

Couples sessions (50 minutes) are $150, not billable to insurance. If you are interested in longer sessions, such as a two-hour intake, please contact me!

Group Therapy
We are happy to offer group therapy, for those struggling with a similar issue!
If you are invested in having a group created for you, please contact me directly (sabrina@thegoodworks.net).
This could be for you and a group (for example: postpartum, dating, motherhood, self-care), for your children and their friends (for example: bullying, getting ready for college, test anxiety), or for you and your siblings (for example: shared trauma).
Typically, groups of 3-8 members, will meet weekly or biweekly for support and psychoeducation. Group length varies on group needs, but fall between 6-10 weeks. Cost will range between $250 and $500 per person, and due prior to beginning the group. Groups are not billable to insurance.
Insurance & Sliding Scale
Only applicable to individual psychotherapy
I offer a "sliding scale" which means you may be subject to a rate discount up to a 40%. You will need to submit a form to see if you are eligible, and slots are limited. Please see the "Ministry & Scholarship" tab for this.

I also offer "superbills" which allow you to submit your billable claim to your insurance. This will include everything you need to file the claim (NPI, Diagnosis Code, Billing Code). Depending on your coverage, you may get reimbursed in full, partially, or not at all. I suggest you contact your provider and ask about this prior to beginning, since you will be charged at full for all sessions. You would submit your claim to them online, through your patient portal, and would receive the reimbursement via check in the mail.
